I filed my Uvisa AOS Pro Se and forms I-929 for my 2 children who live in Mexico and never been to the United States. My U Visa Adjustment was approved, but know USCIS sends me an RFE for derivatives to prove extreme hardship. Any ideas how to overcome this burden?

Hi Basilio, ASISTA provides training and technical assistance to immigration practitioners and advocates working with crime survivors. We do not provide direct legal services, nor can answers questions to individuals. Please check here for non-profit organization, some of them may provide affordable or maybe free services: https://www.immigrationadvocates.org/nonprofit/legaldirectory/
