We are excited to announce a new publication entitled “Appendix: Sample Language for Submitting Initial Fee Waiver Requests or Contesting Denials” Available in Word here.

This document supplements our fee waiver practice advisory from August 2018 and provides sample language that practitioners can cut and paste into their fee waiver cover letters. The scenarios addressed in the Appendix include those for initial filings as well as for challenging denials.
