U-Visa Case Management Call

ASISTA members will host another open discussion on the problems caused by extreme U-visa processing delays, and the approaches practitioners in all sizes and types of organization are taking to mitigate them. Following up on the forums in March and September of last year, two points of discussion will include:

1) policy/litigation updates on topics and cases relevant to processing delays, and

2) thoughts on practice management decisions members made six months ago.

It will be a place to share lessons learned, useful tips, and questions on improving what has not gone well. The link to join the call will be coming soon through the ASISTA Experts Listserv so please watch for it there! And if you plan to attend, please also share questions/thoughts ahead of time with the Forum leaders here. 

Note: This call is open to ASISTA members, LAV grantees, sub-grantees, ELSI grantees, and STOP sub-grantees. Registration is not required.
