For this webinar, we will focus primarily on (a) survivor-based challenges to removability; (b) strategies for requesting continuances for respondent with pending U nonimmigrant status petitions; and (c) motions to reopen. This will be Part 2 of our two-part series on representing survivors in removal proceedings and will include some content presented at our in-person pre-FBA and pre-AILA trainings.
