Please join Senior Legal Counsels Laura Flores Bachman and Amy Cheung for an interactive discussion on strategies for challenging removal for survivors. For this webinar, we will focus primarily on (a) survivor-based challenges to removability; (b) strategies for requesting continuances for respondent with pending U nonimmigrant status petitions; and (c) motions to reopen. This will be Part 2 of our two-part series on representing survivors in removal proceedings and will include some content presented at our in-person pre-FBA and pre-AILA trainings.

Please note that this webinar is at an intermediate level; it assumes knowledge and experience doing applications for U, T and VAWA.

Note: An application for TX CLE credit (2 hrs) is pending.
