A U nonimmigrant who has accrued three years of continuous physical presence in U status is eligible to adjust, but what if a ground of inadmissibility was not waived when USCIS approved the U visa? In this webinar, we will discuss common issues related to the adjustment of status process for U nonimmigrants and strategies for addressing them.
