Join ASISTA for the final part in our three-part series on Motions to Reopen in Immigration Court.  Part III in this series will focus on Motions to Reopen in VAWA-related matters.  In this one-hour session, we will discuss special statutory provisions regarding VAWA motions to reopen, framing arguments for extreme hardship and extraordinary circumstances, and strategizing on best practices on when to file, stays of removal and other factors. 

Note: An application for TX CLE credit (1 hr) is pending.
