Join ASISTA for an interactive webinar that will examine inadmissibility issues under INA §212(a)(9) in the context of VAWA self-petitions, U visas, and T visa relief. Practitioners will identify how the unlawful presence bars are applied in these cases and delve into who may qualify for a waiver or a statutory exception. Topics covered will include removal orders and accrual of unlawful presence resulting in inadmissibility triggered by leaving the United States and/or upon unlawfully reentering the United States.
