Join ASISTA’s Senior Legal Counsel Team, Amy Cheung and  Laura Flores Bachman for an interactive discussion of common issues affecting U and VAWA petitions, including resolving administrative quagmires at USCIS, requesting continuances post-Mayen, and addressing negative discretionary factors. Participants are invited to submit their case questions at registration. Questions and case examples will be chosen for discussion at ASISTA’s discretion, though questions submitted prior to March 23, 2020 will receive priority consideration.
