Join ASISTA for deep dive discussion into health-related grounds of inadmissibility at INA 212(a)(1)(A) and the effect of these grounds of inadmissibility on immigrant survivor forms of relief. If a noncitizen has triggered these grounds of inadmissibility, they are ineligible to receive visas or be admitted to the United States unless a waiver or exception applies. In this webinar, we will discuss how to evaluate whether a noncitizen has triggered a health-related ground of inadmissibility and, if so, what exceptions or waivers might apply. Speakers:
