In this intermediate webinar, ASISTA Senior Legal Counsel will provide best practices for FOIA requests in immigration cases and provide practice pointers for filing FOIA requests, including “keystroke” FOIAs, with USCIS, OBIM, ICE and CBP.  We will also cover FOIA strategies for certain survivor-based scenarios, and appeal and litigation options.
