Spring and Summer of 2025 have brought changes to USCIS and ICE practices surrounding applicants for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), as well as other programs relevant to unaccompanied children (UC). The changes affect both the applicants themselves and their families or other Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) sponsors. Join experts from the ABA Children’s Immigration Law Academy (CILA) for a webinar covering what you need to know now to support your young survivor clients and those who care for them.
