Advanced Practice Updates on VAWAs and U visas

Please join ASISTA staff for a webinar addressing practice issues for VAWA and U visa cases, including addressing rejections of Forms I-918 and I-918A for containing blank spaces, obtaining continuances in removal proceedings for U visa petitioners, common Request for Evidence (RFE) topic areas, and addressing the non-delivery of USCIS notices. We will explore important areas for government agency support to troubleshoot cases including working with DHS Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, CIS Ombudsman, and other liaison opportunities for advocates.
