ASISTA Special Webinar
What's Next for DALE and DALEros?
Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, from 3-4:30pm ET
(2-3:30pm CT/1-2:30pm MT/12-1:30pm PT)
Join ASISTA and the National Immigration Project for a discussion on the termination of the DALE (Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement) program and what practitioners can do now to help DALEros (noncitizens who were granted DALE or would be eligible for DALE). We will discuss what the DALE program was and who DALEros are and the context of applying for DALE. We will then discuss what other forms of relief may be available to DALEros, particularly U and T visa options. Presenters will also discuss how best to screen for relief and defensive strategies for this community in an era of increased enforcement. ASISTA and the National Immigration Project welcome input and questions from the audience.
