Join ASISTA for a thorough overview of the policy landscape facing immigrant survivors following the 2024 presidential election. ASISTA will discuss recently announced policy changes as well as potential changes to policy and legislation that practitioners should watch for. Discussion will include updated policy manual guidance, VAWA self-petitioner interviews, statutory and regulatory protections for immigrant survivors facing removal, and precedential decisions that could be helpful to utilize in the coming administration. ASISTA welcomes input and questions from the audience. .
