| Wednesday, December 2 – Thursday, December 3, 2020 12 – 5:00 pm est REGISTER NOW In this 4-part skills-based seminar series, participants will learn to identify survivor-based immigration remedies, conduct a thorough legal intake, assess a client’s facts to determine eligibility and identify red flags and analyze evidence to determine how to prove eligibility for relief. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills through hands-on activities. Some homework will be required. This course is intended for legal advocates at agencies that serve domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, new immigration practitioners and legal staff.
